Basement Renovation

Once a dark and unused space, this spacious basement was renovated to become an inviting place to host guests and support family activities.

Special attention was given creating a sense of height, due to the low ceilings, and defining distinct zones for guests, media, crafting, and kid climbing.

The colours and materials focused on a neutral pallet with wood accents. The pallet was carried throughout each zone for continuity and cohesiveness.

Schedule was a key driver on the project as the space needed to be completed in time to host guests arriving for the holidays. This was meticulously achieved through the detailed planning and coordination of Ash + Acre Projects.
